| Cake with nuts |

3 egg whites 2 cups sugar 3 cups flour 2 cups milk 3 egg yolks 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature 3 cups ground nuts Glaze: 250g Neugebauer white chocolate, melted 50g whole nuts

Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside. In the beater beat the yolks, butter, sugar until creamy. By hand, stir in the milk, add sifted flour with baking powder and ground nuts. Next, carefully fold in egg whites. Bake at medium/low temperature in a greased and floured cake pan for 35 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, and spread the melted chocolate, and decorate it with whole nuts.
