2 cups roasted, ground peanuts
1 cup sugar
½  cup Neugebauer powdered chocolate
1 tablespoon vanilla-flavored sugar
100g shredded coconut
3 egg whites
crystal sugar for rolling
roasted, skinless peanuts to decorate




Beat egg whites until still and set aside. Mix all the other ingredients and add to the egg whites slowly, hand mixing until homogeneous. Shape the “cajuzinhos” and decorate them with a peanut half and roll in sugar.
